Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. Please be aware that we do not send tickets out in the post. All tickets must be collected on the day so please bring ID (drivers license, passport or bank card). You can pick your tickets up 30 minutes before the event opens.

Q. Do I need to buy admission tickets for my children?
A. Children under the age of 13 attend for free and do not require an admission ticket. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q. How many people can attend per ticket?
A. One, unless the ticket directly states otherwise.

Q. I have already purchased a ticket, but I want to upgrade it. Is this possible?
A. You can upgrade your ticket anytime up until 7 days before the event, that is assuming we haven’t sold out of the ticket you want in exchange. If you would like to upgrade your ticket then please contact us by clicking here.

Q. Can I purchase admission tickets, autographs, lectures and photoshoots on the day?
A. Yes, purchases can be made on the day, although there is the possibility of lectures being fully booked, so we suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Q. Can I buy a Gala Dinner ticket on the day?
A. No. The Gala has to be arranged in advance. Gala Dinner tickets can be booked anytime up until 1 week before the event.

Q. I only want to attend selected lectures, is this possible?
A. Yes. You can attend as many or as few lectures as you like. Please note however that some tickets already include lectures.

Q. I can’t attend the event but I still want an autograph, can I purchase one and have it delivered to my home?
A. No, sorry.

Q. Do you supply photographs for the autographs or do I have to bring my own?
A. A selection of photographs are provided free or charge with all autographs, but you are welcome to bring your own objects for signing.

Q. Is there a dress code for the Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner?
A. Yes. The dress code is a suit and tie or tuxedo for men, and an evening/cocktail dress/suit for ladies. No jeans allowed.

Q. I have purchased a Photoshoot ticket, how many people can be in the photo?
A. We will try and fit as many of your desired family and friends into the photo as possible, but as a rule of thumb we say 2 adults and 3 children. If we cannot fit everyone in the photo a second ticket will be required.

Q. I have booked a Package which includes seating with an Astronaut at the Gala, but which astronaut will I be seated with?
A. Upon successful purchase of your ticket you will be directed to a form which you are required to fill in. On this form you will be able to choose which astronaut table you would like to be seated on. But please note that the seats will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, so there is no guarantee you will be seated with your chosen guest.
